Mary Risdon, PsyD

Psychologist/Director

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology, as well as a master's in

counseling. My approach is psychodynamic, meaning that I will work with you to discover the patterns

that work well, as well as the ones that cause distress.

I also provide psychological testing for: intelligence, memory, ADHD, trauma, and teen and adult autism.
My career includes working as a therapist for over 23 years, a director/manager for 20 years prior to that, including 9 years working overseas.

I bring a compassionate and caring look at your situation, as well as an honest sounding-board, helping

you to see what needs to be done to stop destructive patterns and move into a healthy place. Many people aren't sure of who they are, or what they bring into their relationships, so that is often where we begin. Then we will work on who you choose to be, and how you want to relate with others.

I currently work with adults, couples, adolescents, and children.
